TPM Solutions, LLC is committed respecting traditions, customs and culture in the countries and regions we work. Our intent is to continually increase our workforce diversity and active recruit diversity in our workforce.

The pillars of our policy are to ensure our company and workforce:

Our aboriginal / indigenous policies and practices are designed to ensure we comply with all country and local laws and customs in which we operate with regards to respect, communications and employment and are workforce is trained on the local customs and cultures, as well as laws regarding diversity.

We require our workforce to read and acknowledge understanding and acceptance of this policy and project specific amendment to the policy based on our country of engagement.
