Management Team

Jack Davis cofounded TPM Solutions in 2005. He has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, spending the beginning of his career in Refining Operating companies (Conoco, Champlin, Ultramar) initially as a process engineer, then an advanced control engineer, followed by various management roles. He is intimately familiar with all typical refinery units and has led no- and low capital investment opportunity capture efforts at more than 27 refineries. The latter half of his career prior to founding TPM Solutions was spent with consulting and vendor companies (Profimatics, Honeywell, AspenTech) in lead consultant or management roles. He has created and executed Refinery Operations Economic Optimization (ROEO) performance improvement projects at TPM Solutions over the last 10 years. Jack holds a BSChE degree from The University of New Mexico and an MSChE degree from the University of Arizona. A native of New Mexico, Jack lives in the Albuquerque area with his family.
