Puli Saravanan has 25+ years of experience advising and working with large energy producers. He has held senior positions in downstream and chemicals at Shell and ExxonMobil, responsible for business development, digital transformation, and project management, among others. He has been involved in projects focusing on IoT Strategy and implementation, Asset Management (reliability, maintenance, turnaround, projects and lean/sigma optimization), major project investment and due diligence. At Shell, he managed large capital investment projects, delivering projects at multiple refineries and chemical plants in Asia and the Middle East, including several turnaround projects. At ExxonMobil, he managed Capital Projects, Turnarounds, and Contracts and Procurement for projects in Asia. At Kellogg Brown & Root, he was a Project Lead for engineering for a Shell FPSO project and was also responsible for performance management and business development. Puli holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from Imperial College Business School, University of London and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from NUS, Singapore. He lives in Singapore with his family.
